Short Sales  As a CDPE (Certified Destressed Property Expert) I can help you work through this process.  A short sale means you will sale your home for less then is owed to the bank.  The process for a short sale starts the same as your traditional sale ie; List your property for sale, secure a buyer and accept the offer.  Once you have an accepted offer it must now go to your lender for their approval of this sale (this is where the short sale takes on an entirely different strategy.  The bank (your lender) looks at the bottom line of net proceeds they will receive from the sale of your home and work with everyone on trying to satisfy any investors, buyers, sellers etc.  Please call me for more information on Short Sales.  I would be happy to sit down and discuss the entire process with you.
